Safe Catch and Safe Harvest Director of Products: Leading the integration of sales, marketing, data, logistics and operations to increase overall sales, optimize product sets in all channels, reduce COGS and operational expenses, and maintain and improve product quality.

I led the successful launch of Safe Catch products into new international markets including Canada, Mexico, Central America, and Asia through: - New market research - Product development and market customization - Product compliance, localized label design, and market optimization - International food import compliance and regulation - New sales account pitching and acquisition, activation and continued growth support - International broker training, support and management - Event and marketing efforts to optimize sales in every market While pushing for growth in our current markets, I continue the research and expansion of Safe Catch products into new international markets with plans in place for Australia, Asia and Europe. I am passionate in helping Safe Catch achieve the goal of providing the healthiest seafood products to consumers the world over.

I helped Safe Catch optimize operations by creating and implementing standard procedures to strengthen all internal office operations and communication with customers, vendors, and suppliers. Some of these areas include: - Office management - HR and employee management - Customer service, experience and success - Inventory control, planning and forecasting - Supply chain logistics and raw material planning - Sales operations management - Account management - Sales/turns review and sales data analysis - Applied sales improvement techniques - Profit/loss review - ROI and expense overview - General accounting and controller procedures - Event staffing and planning - Product design and development - Marketing support and planning I was able to create many new full time positions and hire team members to take over these roles and responsibilities for Safe Catch, one of the fastest growing and innovative health food companies in the world.

- Managed residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. - Maintained strong relationships with clients and owners to make sure all their design selections and needs were met throughout the home building/business building process. - Kept all projects on schedule by managing all subcontractor parties involved, material ordering, and timely scheduling and passing of building inspections. - Worked with clients to successfully keep projects on budget by providing real time accurate budget and cost analysis and guided decision making to meet client satisfaction and maximize project profit. - Maintained payroll data collection and review for a company of over 50 employees. - Provided office and operational support for all team members.

- Instructed youth and adult tennis clinics and private lessons. - Provided management support of the the tennis pro shop including scheduling tennis clinics and lessons, reserving tennis courts, event support, member engagement, opening and closing duties for the entire tennis center, supervision of member safety, and general cleaning and maintenance of the tennis center.
