I oversee the development and implementation of the Parent Training Center for our church. I am currently developing and establishing a new program for supporting and training the parents in our church. I oversee the family camps and the development of programs that will support the families with in our church, the 3 schools apart of our church and the families in our community. This is a new position and will be developed over the next 5 years.

Oversaw Youth Ministry of 250 students - 3 FT employees and 15 volunteers. I ran weekly services on Sundays (3) and Wednesdays as well as HS bible clubs at local public schools. I oversaw the planning and running of yearly events such as: Summer Camp (300-400) Students, Winter Camp (300 students), National Youth Conference 400-500 Attendies from all over the country/world. Local outreach events to the community.

As Associate Pastor I was responsible for the general pastoral duties which included: Weddings, Funerals, Counseling, Pastoral care (Praying with congregants) being available for walk in appointments, prayer calls and what ever. I also lead a home fellowship for one year, I lead the Men's ministry for 1 year. I taught at the Bible College Extension Campus from 2001-2008, I taught at the School of Worship from 2004-2007, I assisted the outreach ministry "Worship Generation" for 1 year. I taught a bible study at a Convalescent Home for brain Injury and disable individuals for 3 yrs.

I started as a FT associate at the camp and was responsible for daily activities for the kids, running the snack bar and weekly turning over the the entire camp (500 capacity) In 1996 after graduating Bible College i was promoted to the Assistant Director of the Camp. This included running the entire camp through out the year with the Director. Weekly and yearly maintenance of the camp. I was responsible for managing the monthly/yearly financial statement of the camp - with the director. The camp hosted weekly Science camps through out the year - weekend camps and then full time summer camps.

I was one of 3 EMT at the camp that provided basic medical care for the campers that were staying at the camp. On a weekly basis this could be 300-400 students and required us to be on call 24/hrs a day.

I was the Head Life guard and Lifeguard Trainer for the Camp. I held yearly training to certify lifeguards on the mountain and for our camp. I usually held two classes of 15-20 students and gave them a week long class 6hrs a day of lifeguard training, basic water safety & CPR.

I was a certified EMT (Emergency Medical Technician), Licensed Fire fighter Driver for the San Bernardino Fire Department @ Green Valley Lake. I was trained in wildfire tactical training / fire training / hazmat training and was one of two licensed drivers in our department. I was on call 24 hrs for all local 911 fire and emergency calls.

I was one of 5 General Managers that ran this Night Club. It was a full service, high end, billiards/sushi bar/ night club in Orange County. I was responsible for the daily/nightly operations of the full service bar, sushi bar and night club entertainment. I was responsible for nightly accounting of the money and depositing. Upon Its opening in the summer of 1993 it was one of OC's premier night clubs at the time.

I was responsible for the entire operation of this location. I oversaw 30 employees (8 cooks and 20 servers, 2 managers), daily accounting of sales, ordering, scheduling, opening and closing.
