I support NASA and company customers by creating CAD concept models and graphics for the Ground Systems Development and Operations program and the 21st Century Launch Complex. I m responsible for GSDO Pro/E CAD Models & Drawing Integration for all of KSC. Also, I am the GSDO point of contact for the Data Model Management Library facilitating CAD model transfers between programs and centers utilizing Windchill.

I created engineering & models supporting the Space Shuttle Program, Constellation Program, & VESST reverse engineering effort. As my role as Pro/engineer & Windchill Co-Administrator, I helped maintain the CAD Library and to develop training for the users. I was also the administrator for the 3D prototype machine.

I designed multiple new rugged cases used for military electronics. I maintained and updated CAD files and necessary requirements. All drawings and models were done using Solidworks.

I was involved in designing and testing salt-water reverse osmosis systems. I helped establish a part drawing library, and learned how to write G code. I was also taught how to run two different vertical milling machines. All drawings were done on AutoCAD or Solidworks.

I designed all new products that included casters and fork extensions. I issued part numbers and maintained old part drawings. I oversaw the manufacturing process and maintained the development schedule. All drawings were doing using AutoCAD.

I designed and located fixator locations for steam turbine generators. I maintained the CAD library and old drawing files. All drawings were done using MicroStation & AutoCAD.

I updated all of the company s records on gas line routes and connections for residential and commercial properties. I created custom CAD libraries for commonly used symbols.

I support NASA and the construction contractor with Title 1 support for the GSE installation on the Mobile Launcher. This includes but not limited to, answering construction RFI s, Deviation Waivers, Submittals and field engineering support. I supply field redlines back to the design organization as well as implement those redlines into the models and engineering drawings.
