Work with multiple sites (Kanata, Bangalore, Paris and Mountain View), groups, stake holders and technologies to build the highest quality end-to-end network and service management platform. Work across multiple teams and business units to support the automation framework growth to 15 million+ test cases. Ensure that our framework and multiple private OpenStack networks can handle the growth. Manage release and automation coverage of NSP patch and node compatibility builds to coincide with our NSP release schedule, ensuring there's enough overall resource capacity to handle 150+ customer deliverables annually. Define, strategize and drive the direction of the automation team focusing on building infrastructure tools across multiple global sites for both the Service Aware Manager (SAM) and Control Plane Assurance Manager (CPAM) products. Design and develop tools to analyze and correlate software quality issues between 5 million+ software test cases that run per software build to help differentiate new and old issues, correlate common issues seen across scrum teams and various domains and track software quality within a given and across various software streams. Manage automation test coverage growth. Ensure limited downtime of automation infrastructure, quick turnaround of bugs found in infrastructure and minimal scalability issues. Anticipate the businesses growing needs and what automation coverage is required as well as planning for hardware growth, software growth and new technologies including VM and cloud. Optimize end to end run time for test case execution including the investigation of potential defects and errors and error tracking. Investigated, reproduced and isolated many high priority critical field issues with tier 1 customers, engineering and support teams followed by planning a solution to fix these issues. Optimized new deployments of AAA, WIMAX and Policy Controller solutions to Tier 1 customers. Developed a performance engineering test framework used to ensure a consistent test model for performance, interoperability and functional testing. Created the first turnkey solution for Verizon Wireless. Provide engineering guidelines to ensure that deployment of any new systems would not have any negative impact on existing systems. Created and optimized a second turnkey for Cricket Communications. Cricket needed increased capacity with their field solution. We optimized overall system performance caused by Crickets newly focused business model. Developed multiple WiMAX and CDMA turnkey solutions. Each turnkey solution had specific call event per second ratings that could satisfy networks from tier 1 customers to tier 3 customers. Demonstrated a proof of concept AAA (CDMA and Wimax) solution to France Telecom Orange (FTO’s) to consolidate their AAA solution across all FTO sites. The consolidated solution met all FTO performance requirements. Investigated, isolated and worked with engineering team to increase the performance of WiMAX product by over 500%.
