I’m the Founder & CEO of Worth the Weight Fitness, an online fitness and nutrition coaching company helping women 30+ lose fat, build strength, balance hormones and regain confidence through sustainable, realistic lifestyle changes. My approach is rooted in experience, not extremes. After losing 148 pounds through diet, exercise, and consistency—and maintaining that loss for years—I understand firsthand what it takes to create results that last.
