As Operations Manager and Communications Specialist, I am in charge of monitoring administrative tasks on the back-end of the Green Apron Alliance network. This includes membership access and management, helping facilitate and run Zoom meetings and events, creating and managing the master editorial calendar, and overseeing business operations across teams. I also work closely with the marketing and communications team to build out social postings and graphics, plan quarterly themes, and research, plan, and execute programs for members.

As a barista for Starbucks, I crafted beverages for customers while also maintaining the third place standard of work. I was in charge of multitasking during peak hours, maintaining a level-head, and keeping up the quality of beverages and food. In any customer service industry, you learn a lot. From Starbucks, I learned empathy and kindness, and how one single moment can affect a person's entire day.

Seattle Met Magazine is an award-winning monthly city magazine and website that covers local news, food and drink, and arts and events. As an intern, I worked closely with a team of editors to contribute regularly to food and drink, arts and entertainment, and news blogs, departments, and features. I also fact-checked manuscripts, researched stories, reported and wrote for various beats, and proofread galleys and blogs for house style.

On my site, I curated posts about lifestyle hacks, TV recaps, opinion pieces, and travel stories. I cultivated an engaging environment that encourages readers to come back and read more.

The Garrigan Lyman Group is a digital marketing agency based in Seattle that moving brands forward with integrated marketing, advertising, and technology solutions focused on moving brands forward with integrated marketing, advertising, and technology solutions. As a coordinator on the media team, I researched, created, and presented media campaigns and strategies for brand engagement and traffic to clients. I also copy wrote for marketing campaigns, assisted on video shoots, and ghostwrote client blog posts.
