As a recent graduate from Utah State University, I am dedicated to effectively communicating with my colleagues to develop meaningful, lasting relationships. I strive to achieve extraordinary results in both individual projects and team projects, through acquired leadership skills. These leadership qualities are the result of developing myself in management positions, team leader assignments, and teaching opportunities. Some of the projects I have worked on focus on managing and analyzing large data sets, creating value for an organization, and collaboratively making decisions to achieve a desire result. I am driven to be results oriented in my work and do so by creating a common purpose for everyone involved in a project.
