Delivering monthly management financial reports at the customer and ledger levels for all lines of business using the Oracle OFSAA application. Develop close relationships with SFOs, stakeholders, and downstream data users to elicit clear and accurate business requirements and turn them into actionable results. Analyzed and profiled data to identify data quality issues and data behaviors. Performed data mapping and validations to bring in new data feeds due to the merger. Accomplishments include: • 2020 Truist Performance Award: Prestigious award reserved for the top 1% of Truist talent, nominated by manager and peers. • Combined ten data information requests into one report and built a feed into the data lake. Combining of data information requests resulted in a time savings estimated to be at least 100k. • Created monthly automated validation reports, resulting in risks mitigated and cost savings of over 50k annually. • Led the integration of BB&T and SunTrust GL data, preserving data granularity in monthly batch reporting. This approach avoided the need for restatements post-delivery of reports to downstream users. • Coordinated the testing of and transition to a new version of OFSAA software. Re-evaluated pre-existing processes and built new processes which improved cycle times by 40%.

Facilitated critical configuration modifications within the Oracle OFSAA application, contributing to seamless functionality. Assisted in comprehensive testing procedures and validated outcomes, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy. Generated comprehensive reports encompassing Actuals, Plan, and Forecast data for informed decision-making. Accomplishments include: • Promoted to Data Analyst • Managed quarterly Forecast reporting, always meeting or exceeding SLAs.
