At JD Sports my duties were to assist customers with any queries they had, this included checking the availability of a product or solving a problem that they have experienced whilst shopping at JD. Interacting with customers was predominantly face to face but occasionally I would be required to solve a customers issue over the phone. As well as interacting with customers on the shop floor I would also be in the stockroom processing deliveries, replacing sold stock and checking the availability of products that customers have requested.
