1. Manage Incidents 24x7 and ensure minimal disruption to the service and fast service restoration 2. Act as a center focal point for all departments during incidents and coordinate between them to get the fast results 3. Ensure an Action plan / Back Up Plan is created and focused on the restoration within SLA 4. Ensure timely communication / information flow towards internal & external stakeholders 5. Ensure that all required resources (resources, accounts, equipment) are available and up to date. 6. Setting up of Technical & Management Bridge to facilitate communication during incidents. 7 Manage and coordinate the escalated requests from MSIP OA, COM and internal stakeholders.

1. Monitoring VAS, Billing, IS,CS and PS Core Elements a. MSC b. HLR c. MGW d. SMSC & USSD e. GGSN & SGSN f. OCS & CG 2. Network performance reporting: VAS, Roaming &Interconnections , CORE and GPRS 3. Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages. 4. Create and update/manage trouble tickets for any detected problem. 5. Perform VAS, CORE and GPRS health checks to determine Network status. 6. Managing technical escalation to ensure faults is rectified within agreed SLAs.

a. Installing and Testing New Facilities Equipment both on tower and in the building i. GSM Antennas. Microwave, Feeders (e.g RG 213),Dipole /monopole Antennas, FM Amplifiers (500 watts-2000wats), RG connectors, Generators. ii. Digital and Analog FM Radio Transmitters(100 watts-3000watts), FM Radio Receivers, Consoles/Mixer, Computers, Radio signal Processors, Radio Data System,compressor,combiners iii. Rigging b. Ensuring that the links (line of sight (LOS) or microwave radio links have optimum RSL and are in operation all the time using VHF Antenna and UHF Antenna c. Installs, maintains and repairs transmission /broadcasting equipment and appliances, Audio Processors, Radio Data Systems Telephones, Hybrid 02, Mixer, Analog and Digital FM Amplifiers, Computer, Telephone Lines, Combiners , FM Transmitters, FM Receivers and Battery Packs, intercom network d. Maintaining specialist equipment for sound production, broadcast and satellite transmission, and interactive media; e. Setting up and monitoring audiovisual links between units in different locations; f. Setting up and operating editing facilities in post-production suites using Adobe Audition g. Analyzing and rectifying technical faults on equipment and systems e.g. FM Transmitters, FM Receivers, UHF and VHF Antennas, Consoles/Mixer. Computers, Audio Processors,RDS h. Minimizing loss of service at times of equipment failure by rapidly identifying and implementing alternative methods of service provision; i. Keeping abreast of constant changes in technology by investigating new systems, techniques and equipment - especially new internet technologies; j.
