• Serves as the Executive to The Partnership for Collier’s Future Economy, which is a program of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. The position affords the Executive the rights and responsibility to execute and serve as Champion of The Partnership and its programs. The role position itself acts as a liaison to help develop existing businesses throughout Collier County, FL. • Plan the delivery of the overall Partnership programs and its related activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the Partnership for Collier’s Future Economy. • Develop new initiatives that support the strategic direction of the partnership. • Design communication for each of the partnership programs through content for press releases and monthly communication to the public through internal and external media relationships. • Develops and implements long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of partnership programs. • Communicate with Greater Naples Board of Directors and other stakeholders to gain community support for the program and to solicit input for improvements. • Develop an annual budget with grant specifications and operating plan to support the programs and provide monthly accounting to ensure that it meets financial standards. • Develop a program evaluation framework tool to assess the strengths of the partnership programs and identify areas of improvement. • Develop funding proposals for programs to ensure the continuous delivery of services. • Meet with business owners interested in doing business with The Partnership and connect them with the appropriate resources available to them specifically. Oversee the collection and maintenance of records that identify clients of the program for statistical purposes according to the confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization.

• Drive cost savings and generate revenue through the growth of new members. • Manage and coordinate recruitment and retention of 1,000+ chamber members from diverse industries and markets. • Developed sales strategies that resulted in 60% growth year to year. • Served as liaison to the business community, local government, and media. • Supervised event coordinator and staff for all events. • Provided monthly membership reporting to Board of Directors and senior staff. • Represent Chamber at industry trade shows, conferences, and workshops.
