1. Responsible for product growth (sales and profitability), strategies and tactical operations within product marketing context 2. Trainee for training program between BMW and Singapore Economic Development Board (SEDB). One month language course at Goethe Institute at Freiburg, followed by a one year residential training at BMW HQ in Munich, Germany with the following learning points: o Learnt the purchasing function in BMW Head Office and familiarized with the requirements of BMW standards for suppliers; o Assisted German buyers (accessories and lifestyle) to look for suitable Asian suppliers; o Plant tours in Munich and Dingolfing to have the real BMW experience in car manufacturing; o Visits to existing BMW suppliers to gain a better understanding of the supply concept. o Understanding of the BMW heritage and culture of the Bavarians to a successful branding internationally.

o Experienced in operations, administration and execution of programs. The objective of incarceration is to enforce discipline and to allow rehabilitation to take place thereafter so as to keep prisoners out of prison after their release. o Participated in the initiative of being the first batch of female officers to work in male prisons. The objective of the program was to expand the role of female prison officers beyond women’s prison. The program had been successful and it is a norm for female officers to work in male prisons now. o Streamlined processes for judicial caning and home detention program. For judicial execution, the streamlined process created a more efficient flow and convenience for the staff and family. For home detention program, it allowed more appropriate prisoners to go on program on-time in order to allow prisoners to integrate better into the society upon their release and to cut down resources of their incarceration.
