During my internship at RMCRI I have gained over 400 hours of experience in performing exercise assessments that include taking blood pressure, assessing muscular strength and muscular endurance, skin-folds, developing the first online exercise library for RMCRI, assessing cardio-respiratory fitness, assessing flexibility, creating and prescribing an exercise program that is specific to a clients limitation and medical conditions for rehabilitation which also includes range of motion that are specific, and working under the guidelines of HIPPA.
