I wasn’t trained to scale businesses before I learned how to survive. At 11 years old, I was abandoned and lived homeless. That experience didn’t harden me—it sharpened me. It forced early mastery of human behavior, decision-making under pressure, and leadership without authority. Years later, those same skills became the foundation of my work advising founders, executives, and leadership teams responsible for hundreds of millions—and in some cases billions—in enterprise value. I’ve been trained by Harvard and UC Berkeley, shaped by UC-Irvine and the Disney Institute, and mentored in multidisciplinary thinking influenced by Charlie Munger. But what leaders trust me with isn’t theory. They trust me with clarity.
