My learning experience in my position has greatly increased my knowledge in many aspects. I have learned the ins and outs of the closed molds. I have also learned to set up and take care of several different types of resin guns. Also. many safer work skills. Keeping myself and others safe during work. I'm also very comfortable in my knowledge of operating the hoist. I have learned kitting and mold knowledge in other areas. types of materials, i.e. weight’s and measurements. I have gained so much confidence in my position. along, with my skills of leadership and setting the tone for a positive work environment for my co-workers.

As shift manager I was responsible for ordering product, inventory, sates, paperwork customer service, collecting debits, and promotional events for the business. As shift manager I had several responsibilities. in a very fast paced environment. Most of all the family that i worked for was very supportive and encouraging.

During my time at Carinols I started out as a bartender. then moved on to management. being a very fast paced work environment. I was responsible for paperwork, managing the staff. making sure that dinner service ran smoothly. safe work procedures i.e. maintaining proper food temperatures. maintaining profit margin. also. keeping a professional atmosphere for all employees and patrons. I also, was in charge of the monthly wine dinners. this included planning the menu for a five course meal, choosing wines for each course cooking all courses of the meal. presenting everything, giving in depth descriptions of the meal and wines. I feel this was a great addition to my leadership skills. over coming fears of confidently speaking in front of complete strangers.

At the Korner Kitchen Restaurant/Catering I was responsible for making sure that everything that a fine dining establishment was completed The business had several major accounts. Including several branches of the Military. Michigan State College. Sparrow and Ingham medical hospitals. It was with this company that I learned the fundamentals of leadership and high expectations.

At Art Van Furniture I I was responsible for sales. Knowledge how furniture is made and the construction of selected furniture. Customer service, Customer satisfaction was top priority. during my time at Art Van I built my communication skills with customers. Also,positively problem solving any concerns. I was also on the design team. going to customers homes and fitting their family with perfect furniture, This was a great experience in my Life.
