Worked several positions while at Pegasus; started in customer service receiving in-bound calls regarding customer's television services. From there went on to processing payments and managing customer's accounts. Ended working with the sales representatives in the midwest to help manange their equipment sales to new customers as well as continuing service for rental equipment.

Held several positions while working in the Employer Services Division. Started in customer service taking in-bound calls regarding health benefits and payroll. I went on to become a facilitator for new hires on a set number of clients as well as conduct ongoing training for all representatives taking in-bound calls. Responsible for keeping all training materials updated yearly or as needed per the client.

Assist site supervisors in the field by creating and receiving purchase orders for materials as well as for work to be completed at the tower sites. Coordinate with in-house colocation team and customers to ensure all paperwork was completed on time and accurately.
