Analysis and recording of executive remuneration structures of US/Canadian companies in order to provide information for shareholders of said companies. Temporary position to cover extremely busy AGM season. Role involved critical analysis and data-entry under tight deadlines, while maintaining error-free input. Required flexibility under changing priorities, and ability to understand new presentation formats of corporate data quickly, as multiple international companies are listed in the US, and do not conform to the US style.

Volunteer Actor – Firecat Masquerade. The role was centered around training NGO aid workers in first aid and dealing with emergency situations. Key aspects of the work focused on running accident simulations, adapting to the actions and behavior of the trainees in rapidly changing situations and analysis of the simulation for potential improvements in the future. This role involved working as part of a team of actors and security consultants while interacting closely with trainees. I also led a small team of actors on IDP roleplaying exercises intended to train participants in communication, active listening, and acquisition of vital information in a simulated refugee camp environment. This process can be easily compromised by lack of respect on the part of the trainees, and so it was vital to ensure that all participants were engaged.

Re-Cycle is a charity organization that sends bicycles to Africa. The work largely focuses around cycle repair, maintenance and disassembly. This role involves working as part of a team to ensure delivery of the cycles on schedule despite tight timescales and unpredictable deliveries. Recent responsibilities include sorting parts and organizing the parts storage area.

Included practical courses on Illuminescence Fluctuation Spectroscopy and analysis of raw data from Bubble Chambers. Also includes a course on introductory programming in C++.
