Project title: Breaking Barriers in Access to Effective Malaria Treatment Amongst Conflict Affected Communities in the Southwest and Littoral regions of Cameroon. Funded by: Expertise France And 5% Global Fund Initiative Supervised a team of over 56 health workers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure effective delivery of health services. Conducted regular field visits to monitor project activities, identify areas for improvement and provide technical support to field staff. Coordinated with local health authorities, community leaders and other stakeholders to ensure project integration and alignment with national health priorities. Developed and implemented project plans, monitored progress and adjusted strategies as needed to achieve program objectives. Conducted data analysis and reporting to track program outcomes, identify trends and inform decision making

Oversaw the execution of health program strategies, increasing immunization coverage of zero dose children and children lost to follow up by over 70% in targeted regions. Designed and facilitated training sessions for CSOs, Health workers on best practices in patient care and community health engagement. Led the planning and implementation of health projects aimed at improving access to health services in underserved communities.
