Over the years, I’ve built and scaled early career recruiting and program strategies that do exactly that, strengthening employer brands, creating sustainable pipelines, and helping organizations grow through people. What began as a passion for campus recruiting and student engagement has evolved into a career focused on designing programs, partnerships, and frameworks that connect talent to opportunity in meaningful ways.
