As a project manager at Momentum, It's so easy to love my job. I get to wake up every day and help businesses do one simple but oh-so-important thing...IMPROVE. That's right, improve. Each day I wake up and talk with brilliant people spanning a wide range of industries. I get to hear all about how they're business operates and how it affects their employees and their customers. I listen to their pain points, reveal the bottlenecks in their processes, and learn about what they love most about what they do. I have one objective when I'm speaking with these people. How can I help their daily business routines run more efficiently? I then have the pleasure of getting these people excited and passionate about improving the daily operations of their business. I want to get them back to what's most important in their business...the relationship with their customers. I firmly believe that when businesses improve, everyone wins.
