As Regional Sales Manager, I led strategic sales initiatives across the Eastern United States, Eastern Canada, and international markets for ZEVAC, while continuing to support the company’s technical documentation and marketing needs. This hybrid role blended direct sales leadership, distributor/rep management, content creation, and digital marketing to drive brand growth and market penetration. Key Achievements: Strengthened ZEVAC’s presence in international markets through strategic rep onboarding and targeted sales initiatives. Streamlined marketing and sales enablement content, contributing to improved brand visibility and lead conversion. Maintained and expanded critical technical documentation library, improving customer support and internal knowledge transfer.

I am responsible for producing a range of technical documents, including whitepapers, procedures, checklists, and training materials. As a ZEVAC Subject Matter Expert, I establish effective information sharing practices to promote knowledge exchange between departments. I facilitate internal trainings, FAQ development, and learning management while ensuring employees adhere to best practices. Acting as a liaison with customers, I gather feedback, provide up-to-date information, and support customer risk analysis. I assist with new customer onboarding and training, facilitate customer-to-customer sharing of best practices. Additionally, I collaborate with various departments, such as Sales, Service, Engineering, Accounting, and the Executive Team, to provide essential support tailored to their specific needs.

I manage cross compression crews with attention to managing company resources such as labor, vehicles, equipment, and materials. I oversee training of new technicians in cross compression and safety, while also assessing new technology in cross compression.

Lead and direct in live gas services including, Hot Tapping & Stoppering 2”-30”, pipeline pigging, cross compression. While also aiding our gas measurement & regulation, construction & maintenance departments.
