As the Founder & CEO of Subterra Renewables, I’ve helped redefine the future of heating and cooling by building North America’s largest geothermal drilling fleet and introducing an Energy-as-a-Service model that removes capital barriers for developers. Since launching, Subterra has ranked #1 in Canada’s fastest-growing companies, expanded coast to coast, and established strategic partnerships. This approach has enabled communities across Canada and the U.S. to transition to renewable, cost-effective geothermal solutions. My entrepreneurial journey spans multiple industries, where I have founded and led companies including Core Development, Avanew Homes, Turnkey Site Solutions, and Mazenga Building Group. In addition, I have served as a partner and board member with Earth Drilling and Harris Drilling. Across real estate, infrastructure, drilling, and construction, my focus has been consistent: scaling businesses, creating long-term value, and building teams that deliver operational excellence. I am deeply committed to decarbonizing the built environment and accelerating the shift toward resilient, sustainable infrastructure.
