I helped unload the delivery trucks every morning and then placed the shipment out on the sales floor. In addition to placing the shipment out on the floor within a timely manner, I also had to be able to multitask if any guests had questions about products and their locations.

The front desk is the face of the hotel. As a front desk ambassador, it is my job to check guests in and out within a timely manner while ensuring that preferences, amenities, and satisfaction, per Starwood guidelines, are met and exceeded. I provide assistance should a guest have an inquiry about the property as well as direct them to the correct source should I not have the information requested. In addition to the front desk duties I perform, I also have taken over as relief for the overnight, auditing the hotel every Friday and Saturday night to officially close out the business day and set up a successful new one.

As a team lead at sidecca, I was in charge of not only keeping up on my associates to ensure they were creating an experience for each and every customer that walked in but also the store and all of its functions as well. I made sure that the store was bringing in the dollar amount that was needed in order to hit our goal for the day as well as fill out reports for every hour and send emails at either the half day mark (if I'm was opening) or after the store closed (if I'm was closing). Other responsibilities included counting shipment to ensure all of it has been delivered to the store and bank runs so the store always had change. Aside from maintaining both the store and my coworkers I also had to help customers by assisting them pick out either articles of clothing or outfits within their price range. I closed out the experience by ring every customer up in a timely manner and ensuring that their goals upon coming into the store had been met.

To ensure that all transactions, routing, and billing issues are settled in order to start a new fiscal day.

In addition to my rigorous school schedule, I was also a member and historian for Eta Sigma Phi, a Classics' honor society. My job was to document the fundraisers, events, and parties hosted by the club in order to educate and recruit people.
