The MIT Program is designed to enhance the ability to gain experience in multiple facets of the organization and upon completion prepare for sales/operations management level roles. .-Attended training classes, taught by experienced professionals, covering the sales, operations, and financials of B2B -Distributed pool equipment, chemicals, and outdoor leisure goods to wholesalers, contractors, and service technicians -In addition to the MIT program, current responsibilities are outlined below: Sales: Accurately prepare customer orders, consult and educate customers while fulfilling their product and service needs, further expand and strengthen customer relationships, and drive to job sites and offices to deliver my services or products they might need. Operations: Cycle Counting, Shipping and Receiving, Order Picking, Warranty Claims, and Incoming and Outgoing Truck Scheduling.
