Constantina Antonopoulos

As a mindset coach at Lost and Souled, I help people overcome their limiting beliefs and unlock their full potential. I use my communication, coaching, and mentoring skills to connect with people, listen to their stories, and guide them towards their goals. I have diverse and valuable experiences in the corporate, retail, and real estate sectors, as well as in raising my two children, which enable me to empathize and relate with different situations and challenges. I have a passion for speaking my truth and inspiring others to do the same. I believe that building relationships on trust and authenticity is a beautiful thing. I have a degree from Northeastern University, where I learned to be a critical thinker and a problem solver. I am always looking for new opportunities and connections to grow and help others.
