Advising, in Africa: - sponsors or lenders in the context of tendering procedures and/or performance of PPP/concession agreements (e.g. port in Guinea; airport, desalination water plant, waste and sewerage in Morocco; gas transmission in Algeria); - sponsors or lenders in the context of tendering procedures and/or performance of PPAs (e.g. Taqa North Africa and Jorf Lasfar Energy Company 5&6 in Morocco); - oil and gas exploration companies in the negotiation of their petroleum agreements and association contracts with governments or the negotiation of farm-out agreements (e.g. in Morocco, Tunisia, Mauritania, Gabon).

Advising, in France, sponsors or lenders in the context of tendering procedures and/or performance of PPP/concession agreements (e.g. motorways, renovation of the Roland Garros Stadium and the "Parc des Princes" stadium in Paris, hospital in the South of Paris).
