With more than 15 years of experience in the infrastructure, energy and transportation sectors, both in mature markets and in emerging countries, particularly in Africa, I have started my career in private practice as a lawyer in France and abroad in leading international business law firms. I have then joined the corporate world acting a general counsel/company secretary of major international groups where I have also been responsible for insurance, personal data protection, and compliance. Member of the executive committee and manager of sizable legal teams, I have held board positions as a director in numerous companies.
