- System Project PM for project RFQ, project development process, schedule control, and quality control, and act as a bridge for function teams and department communication internally and externally for HP AIO projects. - Act as System Quality PM and was responsible to help customers to come out with a standard testing and qualification format for 1st generation of new products for the QA team. - Present clear and concise information to the team and customers and anticipate how decisions or solutions/actions be made in order to persistently control the project’s quality issues. Main Project achievement: HP Sprout 3D scanning All-In-One PC (Immersive computing)

- Lead for MSI own video graphic card, which includes both NVIDIA and AMD High/Gaming or Hero product. - Lead for project development process and schedule planning and control while exercise deep communication between Marketing, Sales and RD team in order to bring out a product/project that suit perfectly for gamer or high-end player. - Cooperate with marketing team for product launching event and marketing kits and sales training (Computex, CES, press event...etc.)
