Constance has over 20 years of experience in playing a hands-on role in helping large APAC banks in implementing risk-compliant solutions for complex business problems. As a credit risk practitioner, she has leveraged on nascent technologies to develop risk analytics models and underwriting strategies across the credit life cycle. Over the years, she has worked with senior leadership teams in driving regulatory capital management and risk-weighted assets optimisation initiatives specifically focusing on developing risk compliant solutions that continually reinvent themselves to reflect shits in risks, best practices, business strategies and company cultures. Constance has a a Master’s degree in Risk Management from Monash University and holds a certification in Big Data and Social Analytics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Oxford Fintech Programme and Harvard Cybersecurity Programme. As an advocate of continuous learning, her interests include using RegTech, Big Data, Social Analytics and Geocoding to develop alternative scoring algorithms to increase financial inclusion and to use her knowledge in helping the elderly population to transit to the digital era. She is also passionate in mentoring the next-generation leaders of Cognizant.
