My roles include: food preparation, pot-washing, serving starters and desserts and ensuring the general upkeep of the kitchen is kept to a high hygienic standard. My role required me to adapt and cope with stressful situations and working successfully in a team.

I have been working on an ad hoc basis collecting market research from a wide range of companies and institutions globally, interviewing senior staff and occasionally directors and CEOs via telephone.

I joined the spring campaign for the University’s Annual Fund and was part of a small team which raised over £100, 000 for a variety of projects. My role required me to speak to a wide range of alumni communicating clearly and effectively by telephone and encouraging interest in donating to the projects.

* Processed orders for specialist clients and distributing their orders of designer radiators. * Handled enquiries via telephone and email from British clients and liaised with international manufacturers. * Instructed the workers in the warehouse with their daily tasks. * Typical admin support to the senior managers, market research and managing the social media for the company on Twitter and Facebook. * Ability to multi-task whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is afforded to every task. * Well versed in Microsoft Office programs and have also learnt how to use Sage Software quickly and effectively, thus developing my IT skills. * Proof-read and edited the company's literature and professional documents.
