Responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of Heaven Hill's Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, KY, and the new Heaven Hill Springs Distillery in Bardstown, KY.

Responsible for leadership and management of the company’s Bernheim American Whiskey distillery in Louisville, KY. Work closely with the whiskey marketing team to promote the company’s American whiskey brands by providing brand education and ambassadorship.

Responsible for Bottling, Maintenance, Distillery, Aging and Warehousing. Ensure consistent quality spirit is produced to the highest levels in a safe and secure environment. Work with commercial and marketing teams to interact with internal and external visitors and customers.

Responsible for the warehousing of all Woodford Reserve barrels and processing of all Woodford Reserve liquid. Site Quality Control manager, supervising team of three QC specialists. Work closely with Corporate QA to develop and implement quality systems across the site. Safety leader for Warehousing and Processing team. Work closely with Corporate EHS partners to develop and implement “best in class” safety program across the site. Additional leadership roles in Environmental and Sustainability initiatives. Extensive brand ambassador involvement, both on-site and in media. Close collaboration with R&D and Brand for new product development, production and launch.

Responsible for all aspects of the Woodford Reserve Distillery operation, from grain through the barrel. Also responsible for site-wide Quality Control, including warehousing, processing and bottling. Site safety leader, implementing Brown-Forman’s Global Production Safety Metrics program from the ground up at Woodford Reserve. Worked closely with Quality Assurance, R&D, etc. to develop and produce Woodford Reserve Master’s Collections and other brand extensions including Double Oaked and Rye Whiskey. Played a significant role in brand-related activities, including VIP tours, bartender engagement, distributor engagement, etc.
