Leading daily operations and replacing the part-time HR Manager on her free days [HR was open 7 days a week]. On the days she was working I worked on my thesis concerning a “Risk Inventory& Evaluation” and a research on communication of the working conditions policy.

* The Expat Coordinator is working on the department: Expatriate Advice & Services; part of Global Human Resources. This department is involved in the international transfers of employees within the Rabobank Group. * The Expat Coordinator takes care of: * drawing up contracts for (re-)assignments and expatriations * application of the immigration papers and 30% ruling * providing payroll and administration services to expats * providing income calculations and cost projections * maintaining contacts with: moving company, relocation company, tax company, pensionfund, etc.

* Team Lead and Focal Point for Shell NL team; * Allocation of all incoming authorisation for EU, Latin-America and Africa. * Providing day-to-day operational assistance to expats traveling in and out of the NL [Immigration, Housing, Schooling, Settling In, etc.] * maintenance and improvement of the system/processes/ standard documents and emails. Creating efficiency via standardisation.
