Assistant Director, Graduate Career Management @ Ohio University
About
I’m a two-time Bobcat who believes career development is less about perfect plans and more about helping people find clarity, confidence, and community. Now, as Assistant Director of Graduate Career Management for the College of Business, I guide the College of Business Graduate Programs' students through the complex landscape of today’s job market by combining strategy, data, and deep human coaching. My work centers on three pillars: 1) Career coaching grounded in self-awareness and evidence-based practice 2) High-impact developmental programming that builds the skills employers expect for long-term success 3) Alumni engagement that transforms our network into a long-term advantage for every Bobcat My background in recruiting, sales, and hospitality gives me a front-row seat to the power of listening, service, and navigating people to be their most authentic self. Those experiences shaped how I coach: direct when needed, reflective when it matters, and always centered on the individual in front of me. Coming back to OHIO isn’t just a job for me. Really, it’s a return to the place that shaped my leadership, my values, and my purpose. Every student I coach and every program I build is part of a larger mission: elevating people, widening opportunity, and strengthening a community that lasts long after graduating. If you’re an alum, employer, or fellow Bobcat looking to collaborate, build connections, or support our students’ career journeys? My door is always open.
