Throughout my tenure at Adjustable I worked in many capacities and held multiple roles. I have experience in: project management, training and coaching employees, office management, process improvement, HR, payroll, accounts payable, onboarding, general accounting, and administrative support.

Responsible for facilitating a cohesive team culture that is oriented to trust, open communication, and innovative thinking. This includes coaching teammates on strengths and opportunities , presenting demonstrations on new procedures, and leading collaborative sessions on performance improvement.

Responsible for advising students throughout the enrollment process for undergraduate and graduate programs regarding admission requirements in line with their educational goals. Provided support for students through use of interpersonal and critical thinking skills to resolve student issues.

Responsible for promoting the Jumpstart organization around campus through class presentations and job fairs. Led volunteer activities within the community, and mentored children ages three to five helping them develop language and literacy skills.

Performed research in kindergarten classrooms using Second Step, a program teaching social skills such as problem solving, emotion management, and empathy. Taught and administered weekly lessons using a curriculum based on pre- and post-tests of emotional and social situational knowledge. Also responsible for training undergraduate students and coding data in the statistical program SPSS.
