I have been assigned job rotation. a) Recruitment and Selection Session -perform hiring and recruiting process such as screening application form, making phone call, assisting on interview session, doing a reference check to analyze candidates' personalities, handling job offer, checking Contract of Employment, handling confirmation letter -managing employee exit procedure such as resignation, absconded, repatriation -filling and arranging all the documents accordingly -assisting on checking payroll, working hours, claim issues on company's e-claim intranet system b) Immigration Session -assisting on the process of recruitment and select of foreign workers -handling the permission issues between Labour Department and Immigration Department such as applying the letter of Approval in Principle (AP), Calling Visa, Labour License through SAP (Systems, Application, Products) system, the payment of levy -renewing and updating SAP system in term of Labour License and Calling Visa -handling the application of SOCSO and work permit
