• Assisting Engineering Service Department (ESD) as a whole including daily operation and coordination • Managing Maintenance Service Contract including prepare maintenance renewal (quotations / agreements) • Prepare RFQ tender and RFQ processes for maintenance service related matters and arrange LHDN online stamping for signed contract • Planning and updating maintenance servicing schedule • Liaison between several teams or departments for day-to-day operations (Sales team, finance team, project team and engineering service team) for project handover, work escalation and etc. • Clerical work for ESD department such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments for head of department and managers, event planning, meeting minutes and customer monthly report preparation, staff's claim and etc. • Assisting department audit process

-Develop and maintain new/existing account -Liaison with the vendor for proposal/solution/costing -Site visit with sales personnel to client site -Ensure sales target are met or exceeded -Participate in the proposal development process -Contribute to the development of proposal and pricing strategies -Establish an effective relationship to achieve customers' satisfaction
