Used resulting conclusion to propose control and hardware changes that extended the life of the system by a factor of 5 • Led rapid root cause diagnosis efforts for multiple subsystems in manufacturing environment, as well as for internal and partner organization testing • Generated and executed full-factorial design experiments to characterize system performance using newly invented metrics • Coordinate with numerous internal teams such as safety, regulations, industrial design, and usability to ensure all cross-team requirements are met in final design • Oversaw new product integration in a manufacturing environment overseas which ramped up to 300 units per hour successfully
