My role at LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam: - Set-up necessaries to enable Import-Export activities for company from the 1st step. - Map out the overall plan and collaborate with Project team to prepare for the Customs supervision and inspection conditions as an Export Processing Enterprise ("EPE"). - Build Global networking to ensure that set-up process for LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam will be both in line with Vietnam regulations and global standards; oversee and optimize transportation operations - Collaborate with Project team to ensure Customs supervision and inspection conditions are met as Export Processing Enterprise. - Keep high standard level of shipping and customs processes to meet and exceed company objectives (Timely - Regulation Compliance - Cost effectiveness). - Responsible for import and export shipments; planning and schedule shipments for both Materials and Import; including preparing and fulfilling all the shipping documents in appropriate quality which is necessary in the whole procedures, make sure it is in accordance with Global standard and local legislation. - Manage the operations activities of Customs Brokerage service providers (Suppliers) to make sure high standard compliance to Customs requirements that are regulated by local customs authority and The LEGO Group's expectations. - Manage performance of Shipping Lines, Forwarders, ensure shipments are arranged effectively and timely; collaborate with Sourcing team to develop new service providers and contract review. - Manage relationships with other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations. - Maintain good communication and relationships with customs and any other government related departments. - Build SOP for both Import and Export in both physical flow and system flow; ensure that internal goods management is in line according to requirements for Export Process Enterprise. - Build and train Import-Export team members. - Other tasks as assigned by Management.

My role at Saigon Paper Corporation: - Responsible for Import schedule of raw materials/machinery for production, ensure shipments to be delivered for production timely and cost-effectively, manage schedule to ensure inventory level is control at the healthy level. - Collaborate with Procurement team to identify incoterms and work on logistics cost to calculate the best pricing on purchased components, Raw Materials and any other items/services needed to be purchased - as assigned. - Responsible for Order Management of Semi FGs and FGs, coordinate with Production to schedule for the production plan and ensure shipments to be delivered for customers on-time, in-full and cost effectively, prepare for the Export documents as required. - Responsible for Customer service, ensure high standard of Customer satisfaction. - Monitor import-export cost and take action for the possibility of any improvements for cost saving. - Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. - Manage the operations activities of Customs Brokerage service providers (Suppliers) to make sure high standard compliance to Customs requirements that are regulated by local customs authority and company's expectations. - Manage relationships with other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations. - Oversee and optimize transportation operations. Monitor performance of service providers such as Shipping Lines, Forwarders, Customs brokers, ensure shipments are arranged effectively and Customs compliance; collaborate with Sourcing team to develop new service providers and contract review. - Manage Overseas Logistics team with 8 persons, solve all issues related to Import Export activities, - Get update on new regulations and guide team members, - Other tasks as assigned by General Manager and Board of Management.

My role at Wipro Consumer Care Vietnam: - Responsible for Import of raw materials/machinery for production, ensure shipments to be delivered for production timely and cost-effectively. - Responsible for Export orders management of Semi FGs and FGs, ensure shipments to be delivered for customers on-time, in-full and cost effectively, prepare for the Export documents as required. - Responsible for Customer service, ensure high standard of Customer satisfaction. - Monitor import-export cost and take action for the possibility of any improvements for cost saving. - Manage the operations activities of Customs Brokerage service providers (Suppliers) to make sure high standard compliance to Customs requirements that are regulated by local customs authority and company's expectations. - Monitor performance of service providers such as Shipping Lines, Forwarders, ensure shipments are arranged effectively in both cost and quality, collaborate with Sourcing team to develop new service providers and contract review. - Responsible for new production development project together with overseas sales team; collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to analyze the possibility of the projects (margins, demand versus MOQ,...), work on Artwork development once the project is confirmed then work with Planning and Purchasing to start ordering the raw materials and follow up on the project timeline. - Manage team with 4 persons, solve all issues related to Import Export activities, motivate all team members to develop their self-competence with high engagement. - Get update on new regulations and guide team members, build relationship with external stakeholders such as Customs, Customers and forwarders. - Other tasks as assigned by Head of Operations.

My role at URC Vietnam: - Responsible for Export orders management, work directly with Customers and internal cross-functional teams to arrange for the production plan/loading plan effectively, according to incoterms to arrange for the best shipping schedule, prepare for the Export documents as required. - Responsible for Customer service, ensure high standard of Customer satisfaction. - Monthly review and analyze the export cost and take action for the possibility of any improvements for cost saving. - Monitor performance of service providers such as Shipping Lines, Forwarders, ensure shipments are arranged effectively in both cost and quality; collaborate with Purchasing team to develop new service providers. - Work with the customers on the project concepts and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to analyze the possibility of the projects (margins, demand versus MOQ,...), collaborate with R&D on new development for formulation if any, and work on the packing technique, with Finance to study for the costs then send quotation to the customer, work on Artwork development once the project is confirmed then work with Planning and Purchasing to start ordering the raw materials and follow up on the project timeline. - Manage team with 2 persons, solve all issues related to Export activities, motivate all team members to develop their self-competence with high engagement. - Get update on new regulations, guidance related to for Export and guide the team, keep good relationship with government office, suppliers, Customers and Freight forwarders. - Do the related Reports monthly to Managements.
