Chief of Staff to VP of Talent Planning and Acquisition
Focused on delivering excellence for the Talent Planning and Acquisition (TPA) organization at Intel, and ensuring high efficiency and preparation for Intel's VP of TPA. In this role I am responsible for driving change management for the large scale transformation in the organization in 2023, proactively managing the annual operating plan, and building strong partnerships to support the delivery of TPA objectives.

Strategic Program Manager - Chief People Office
Driving strategic efforts in the Chief People Office at Intel to support key HR programs including HR communications and external engagements. Responsible for defining and driving the communications strategy for Intel's HR organization. This included end to end ownership of content for monthly Town Halls, messages from the Chief People Officer, and oversight of all HR channels. Also owned the management, preparation and content for external engagements of Intel's Chief People Officer at all external HR engagements.

Employee Communications Strategist/Manager
Responsible for telling the story of all that Intel is doing across global diversity, inclusion, and social impact as a force for good in the technology industry. As part of our Employee Communications and Employer Brand team, my role was to help our employees understand our corporate responsibility strategy, progress to our goals, and share the amazing work happening inside and outside of Intel's walls. Managed the team for a six-month period through annual planning, and delivery of key diversity moments, 2021 Corporate Responsibility Reporting, and philanthropy related crisis communications during the Russia/Ukraine war.

Operations Internal Communications - AMZL HR

As the communications lead for AMZL HR, I was responsible for defining and leading HR to HR communications for AMZL to ensure the team was informed, engaged, and set up for success as they support other Amazonians. In role I developed and implemented key HR channels to distribute critical information averaging an 80% open rate, and a 20% CTR weekly. I also supported Amazon Operations-wide efforts announcing bonuses to over 500,000 employees.
