Since 2009 I have worked in the tourism industry at Pipestem Resort State Park, and over this period of time I have developed excellent skills working with the public. In my time at Pipestem I have done everything from managing the office, taking countless guests on trail rides, managing the barn, and I have supervised over several new employees over the years. My job has certain levels of unpredictability, so I have conditioned myself to expect the unexpected. I am used to long work hours when the job demands it. Customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance to me. While working here I also earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Concord University. In my time at Concord I learned to manage a busy schedule, as many know it is no easy task working while earning a degree. Between earning a degree and my work experience I have gained the skills to be a true professional in the workforce.
