Key Responsibilities: • Manage and execute commissioning plans for BESS projects from pre-functional testing to full system energization and performance validation • Lead coordination between EPCs, OEMs, field engineers, SCADA teams, and utility stakeholders • Oversee testing of inverters, PCS, BMS, HVAC, fire suppression, and EMS integrations • Develop and implement commissioning protocols, punch lists, and turnover packages in accordance with contract requirements • Analyze site data to verify functional operation, resolve anomalies, and optimize system performance • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, NERC/FERC compliance, and local regulatory standards • Maintain accurate documentation, daily reports, and system signoffs for client and internal records • Support training, handover, and warranty phase transition with O&M teams Tools & Systems: SCADA platforms, PLC diagnostics, HMI interfaces, network analyzers, OSIsoft PI, and OEM-specific BMS/EMS platforms.
