Evaluate, manage & develop company website including: Site content, frontend functionality to facilitate user needs & maximise goal conversions, ongoing development of user friendly content management system, effective advertising of company products from how they are photographed to the marketing copy written, employment of effective SEO strategies to achieve maximum web exposure in organic & paid listings. Design & create all company forms & documents necessary for day to day business operations including: linked excel worksheets that automatically convert quotes to contracts, invoices, picking lists, delivery notes & more. Write all company copy including: PR & marketing material (web & printed), job descriptions & email templates. Recruitment & training of new staff including: Writing of job descriptions, CV screening & interviews. Responsible stewardship of company & all business decisions in absence of directors including: Purchasing decisions, sanctioning new builds & pricing of contracts. Report directly to company directors on website performance & business developments, contribute to the decision making process at director level including policy making, taking their instructions & ‘making it happen’. Other additional responsibilities including: Bad debt recovery, staff training, first aider & IT support.

Work as part of Technology team developing from conception through to validation of new Nylacast technology

Coordinate & manage multi-disciplined teams in the conception, design, build, commissioning & validation of Doyen Medical packaging machinery on time, within project budget & to customer expectations. Design efficient, safe, cost effective & innovative mechanical solutions to meet demanding customer needs. Programme Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to fully automate Doyen machinery.
