Produce, shoot and edit multimedia content for Northwestern University's Global Marketing Department. This entails pre-production, production and post production duties for both photography and video marketing content. Videos include traditional marketing videos for various schools and departments within the university, as well as interviews and mini-documentary format videos highlighting the work of the faculty and students. Collaborate with a team of creatives to produce visual content that coincides with written pieces for various Northwester publications and websites. Shoot portraits, campus beauty shots, product shots, and events as needed. Maintain a digital asset management system and structural workflow for all media content for ease of access and post-production.

Photography and videography: including, corporate events, weddings, commercial videos, publications, and more. All work is seen through from concept to completion in a professional, efficient, and artistic manner to provide clients with exactly what they’re looking for.

Shoot, edit and produce 8 monthly web series as well as several one off videos per month. Conduct video interviews and craft each video from concept to completion. Edit footage from multiple cameras and set ups to meet the requirements of the final video. Set up lighting, video and audio equipment for each shoot based on the specifications of the story and location. Capture still images during each shoot to run along with the video. Consult with reporters, editors and management to maintain consistency between print and video stories.

Provides photographic assistance, editing, videography, and acts as second shooter to Ken Carl. Assists Ken with periodic instruction of photography and lighting seminars at Calumet Photo.

Produce, shoot, and edit several monthly series on a wide range of business topics; both in studio and on location. Design and execute lighting, audio, and compositional elements to meet the needs of each specific shoot. Shoot and conduct in-depth interviews with Chicago's top business leaders. Provide photography for web and print based publication. Collaborate with fellow videographers to edit several video series. Responsible for updating and maintaining workflow to meet the needs of a strict deadline oriented environment. Work closely with a team of producers, reporters, editors, and videographers on intricately detailed multimedia projects Supervise, record and edit audio sessions for radio segments and video voiceovers; all recorded at Crain’s in-house recording studio. Maintain a highly organized server structure, and oversee the archival of complete projects. Upload complete projects via various hosting websites for publication.
