Teaching • Developed, prepared and delivered content for 7 courses aimed at training pre-service and in-service teachers in technology use to improve pedagogy in STEM subjects. Courses included SCI 548 - Earth and Space Science for Middle School Educators, SCI 547- Physical Science, MTE 523-Geometry for K-12 teachers, SCI553- Environmental Aspects of Biology, SCI581 - Science Methods, EDU 522 - Classroom Interactions, and EDU 511 - Teaching models. Received 4.5/5.0 average rating for teaching effectiveness from student evaluations. Research • Conducted research focused on supporting multilingual learners in blended environments and using technology. This role involved transcription, data analysis, and technical writing. • Developed and led projects from data collection and generated first-author conference papers. • Attended CIRCL’23 in Alexandria, Virginia, USA, from November 2-3, 2023, to understand trends in the evolving realm of AI and Emerging Technologies, and their potential to empower learning communities. • Presented as a first author at the NARST 2024 Annual International Conference in Denver, Colorado, USA, from March 17 - March 20, 2024. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborated with other instructors to facilitate courses involving major viewpoints on what it means to know how people engage in learning practices. • 2024 Proposal Reviewer: NARST Annual International Conference. • Mentoring: STEM4Girl annual event where I helped run part of 20 different workshops serving 150 minority girls fostering enthusiasm and promoting the uptake of STEM fields.

• Advising on the design and development of gamified, narrative-based STEM learning experiences that align with national standards and promote inquiry-driven engagement. • Collaborating with product and content teams to refine adaptive learning pathways, ensuring inclusivity, accessibility, and pedagogical soundness for diverse learners. • Providing strategic guidance on science curriculum direction, assessment innovation, and creative approaches to fostering curiosity and mastery in STEM education.

• Worked on streamlining the science curriculum, collaborating with science teachers to prepare and deliver engaging inquiry-focused and project-based science lessons to middle and high school students, facilitated the running of science clubs, and helped to organize science field trips and science-related activities such as Earth Day. • Provided guidance and support in editing and revising the school's Teachers' handbook.

• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging science lessons to middle and high school students where I introduced inquiry-based teaching practices through the use of laboratory work, data analysis, projects, and hands-on activities for grades 6 through 12. • Led a team of 20 faculty members as Secretary of Teacher’s meetings at WOL International School: Responsibilities included convening meetings, taking minutes, and keeping records.
