✅ Coordinating MEAL processes to ensure quality, effective and accountable programming in a consortium of 8 organizations comprising Norwegian Refugee Council, HIAS, FilmaAid, DRC and local agencies implementing the ECHO Project, which seeks to enhance the protection of 418,000+ vulnerable refugees in Kakuma, Kalobeyei, Dadaab, and Nairobi. ✅ Conducting quarterly refugee protection outcome assessments using quantitative and qualitative methodologies to track performance progress against set targets and baselines across a consortium of 8 partners in 4 locations. ✅ Leading quarterly workstream meetings with 30+ protection and M&E staff to ensure monitoring and evaluation requirements are well-understood and effectively implemented. ✅ Promoting timely and high-quality data collection and management from 418,000+ refugees, ensuring accurate reporting through regular monitoring reviews and consortium-wide meetings. ✅ Ensuring standardization across the consortium by developing standard data templates, conducting routine data quality audits, and proactively addressing data quality issues. ✅ Consulting with M&E and protection staff from implementing partners to strengthen weak monitoring and evaluation processes, ensuring that project needs are met effectively. ✅ Reviewing outcome data analysis findings from 8 partners, identifying and addressing gaps, and consolidating them into a comprehensive consortium analysis with actionable recommendations. ✅ Conducting monitoring visits across 4 implementation sites to assess project performance, identify implementation challenges, and collaborate with project managers to resolve arising issues.

✅ Developed and led implementation of a data management, analytics, and visualization strategy for assessing the capacity of Kenya’s 47 emergency care systems, informing nationwide improvements in emergency medical care. ✅ Facilitated internal and external meetings with the executive director and county health leaders to provide updates on county emergency care systems, leading to prioritization of weakest systems in interventions. ✅ Established SharePoint folders for staff access to hospital and pre-hospital emergency care data, and developed data extraction and protection guidelines. ✅ Analyzed and interpreted emergency care infrastructure observations from hospitals, ambulances, and dispatch centers; presented insights to county stakeholders to inform emergency care strategies. ✅ Developed data collection SOPs during a national emergency care capacity assessment. ✅ Supported 6 programs with data management templates to evaluate training, monitor emergency medical equipment, and assess program outcomes. ✅ Supported reporting with templates, analysis, and content using established methodologies. ✅ Assisted the director of programs in developing and implementing MEAL standards and systems for 6 emergency care programs, including indicator tracking, logframes, data plans, and quality assurance. ✅ Facilitated quarterly data review meetings, identified gaps, and implemented action plans to improve data quality in the country office. ✅ Developed and maintained 6 dashboards with compelling data stories in PowerBI and R Shiny to track emergency medical care program progress across 47 counties. ✅ Collaborated with the IT officer to develop dashboard prototypes and data models for analysis. ✅ Created monthly newsletters with data summaries on key project achievements and best practices, ensuring access via the organization’s intranet.

Providing technical support and guidance in electronic survey design, data management and analysis to non-profits. Achievement: Non-profit organizations have saved 5386 $ from my volunteer work. I have worked on the following projects: 1. Community Needs Assessment - I assisted Abundant Life Foundation, an organization based in Honduras, Central America to design survey using KOBO toolbox and manage the data for the Community Needs Assessment. 2. I provided technical guidance on conducting soft skill evaluation to Hatua Network, an organization based Kenya which provides scholarships to high school students.
