Human Resources to identify key projects such as: Establish charitable committee responsible for recommending distribution of Company's charitable dollars to President * Coordinate employee task force assigned to investigate results of Employee Survey and recommend steps to improve culture * design formal Mentoring Program (15 month) including recruitment/selection/facilitation of program * plan/coordinate/oversee all events related to Company's 125th anniversary * identify and oversee contractors related to new Employee Park, commemorative painting and coin * coach manufacturing quality team to increase productivity * create employee events in alignment with company's objectives and values to increase employee engagement.
