Joint Task Force Military Deputy of a blended DOD and Coast Guard military force. I advanced into a Joint Task Force leadership role within USCYBERCOM, where I directed multiple cross functional teams conducting operations across red and gray cyberspace to support the national cyber defense strategy and enhance interagency coordination.

Lead for a 58+ multifunctional National Cyber Mission team combating nation & non-nation state threats against Federal and critical infrastructure entities. Additionally, I am the Service Component Commander of active duty members detailed to the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF), as well as served as the Military Deputy of a Joint Task Force assigned within the CNMF.

I was tapped to lead within a globally integrated cyber mission, where I was responsible for monitoring, protecting, and advancing cyber operations across a wide range of government agencies and military forces. I directed a cyber operations team of 32, synchronizing mission-critical activities across six Joint Force Headquarters and multiple Combatant Commands. I also oversaw operations for the Joint Operations Center, coordinating more than 150 military personnel, civilians, and contractors. TOP ACHIEVEMENTS SPAN: ► Executed strategic command-and-control functions for 65 cyber mission teams supporting 9 Combatant Commands and national defense objectives. ► Protected $30B+ in Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) infrastructure, serving as primary USCYBERCOM liaison for global cyber defense. ► Slashed cyber threat response times 35%, overhauling current processes and policies with focus on uncovering opportunities to modernize tactics, techniques, and procedures. ► Cut incident resolution times 40% while simplifying information pathways, closing critical operational gaps between USCYBERCOM and DoDIN. ► Elevated operational readiness and drove cohesive protection for global critical infrastructure, strategically working across functions and teams to deliver unified protocols.

was progressively promoted, building on deep roots in hands-on service delivery and becoming a trusted advisor to senior leaders across several diverse environments. I led enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, and modernization efforts supporting 3.5K+ users across 5 geographically dispersed sites. I also directed a cross-functional IT team of 12, overseeing network and infrastructure management across 11 classified and unclassified platforms. Led vulnerability management, remediation, audit readiness, and cybersecurity governance. ► Strengthened cybersecurity posture, promoting secure operations across platforms. Completed C&A and ATO accreditation packages for classified systems ► Slashed downtime and increased first-time resolution rates through smart routing and enterprise visibility. Directed helpdesk operations and lifecycle management. ► Accelerated resilience and continuity for dispersed users through strategic enablement of mote operability and secure access via cloud migration and virtual desktop infrastructure deployment. ► Introduced leading technologies to classified environments, scaling innovation from single-user pilots to enterprise deployments aligned with national security objectives.

Maritime Intelligence Center Pacific Assistant Branch Chief for a 10 person team directly respoible for the execution of IT Projects for unclassified, 2 classified networks. Served as Assistant Information System Security Officer for 2 classified networks and the AISSO, Electronic Key Manager System manager. I optimized network managmenet processes, evaluated systems for upgrades, defined cyber security policies, and championed improvements in data communication networks, cloud computing, and virtual architecture.

Prevention Officer - Deep draft Port State Control Inspector, Domestic T/K inspector enforcing international, & US Federal, State, & local maritime regulations. Additionally, led search and rescue coordination efforts across the area of responsibility in Maryland & National Capitol Region.
