20 years in end‑to‑end supply chain has given me a pretty simple focus: make things move smoothly, efficiently, and without drama. I’ve managed global freight, led multi‑million‑pound 3PL contracts, delivered major cost savings, and overseen full warehouse relocations — all with the aim of making logistics work smarter, not harder.Today I look after logistics across multiple UK and EU sites, lead a great team, and keep products flowing from factories to customers with as little friction as possible. I’ve worked across FMCG, manufacturing, and international markets, and I’m at my best when partnering with 3PLs, planning, commercial and ops teams to solve problems and keep things moving.I care about performance, but I care just as much about people. Building teams that feel supported, trusted, and able to grow is a big part of how I work. Whether it’s reducing shortages, cutting carbon, or simplifying processes, I’m always looking for ways to make the operation better than it was yesterday.
