In charge of a big program which goal is to replace a fleet management ERP. My activities are the following: EVALUATE AND SELECT SOFTWARE PROVIDERS - Gather answers to RFI and implement a notation for all - Organize demos with a focus on critical functionalities required by the business - Interview supplier's references - Gather required business info for quotation - Evaluate interfaces needs and efforts PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Organise and lead recuring project team meetings - Follow up project tasks internally and with the software provider - Resources planning - Project presentation to stakeholders - Manage Teams page and content BUSINESS ANALYSIS - Identify business requirements and prioritize them while working hand in hand with the business SMEs - Write business specifications for configuration, development or interface purpose - Map processes or data flow when complex situations require decisions making - Organise workshops with stakeholders when clarification is needed on a specific process or a future state needs to be design - link with It teams in case of technical requests - Investigate on problematics raised by higher management

The Operations department at CSL regroups all business functions linked to the fleet management or operation. They are responsible for ensuring vessels can run the trades they've been assigned to. As a business analyst belonging to IT department, my role was to support IT activities linked to the Operations department. I had 2 major responsibilities: - providing level 2 support of our fleet operation system (70%) : + investigate urgent and complex matters and give advice on best practices + explain bugs and extracts demands for reporting purposes to the software editor + weekly follow up the ticket resolution with the supplier + write functional documentation for support and general knowledge of the app - support operation in their digital transformation projects (30%) : + write functional and technical documentation + ensure that IT requirements ( safety, infrastructure, BI) are met + link with IT teams if SMEs is required

Involved in several implementation projects I am in charge of: - Running design workshops : gather business requirements and assist client through choosing the best functional solution regarding their needs - Writing functional design document gathering all business requirements and configuration linked to them - Coordinate technical team and support configuration activities - Report to the PM on the project progress - Validate configuration - Giving demos on the configuration accomplished - Assisting project team in organizing and realizing UAT - Building training documentation (user guides and quick references) - Leading trainning sessions Fluxym is specialised in implementing Source to Contract, Puchase to Pay and e-invoicing softwares; and in advising companies on the different business case linked to these implementations.

Involved in various implementqtion projects i have been in charge of : + Gathering client requirements + Writing functional specifications document + Developing specific features + Functional and technical testing + Training users (in both English and French language) + Assisting post go-live support team VP&White implement Enablon softwares ( https://www.enablon.fr ) for medium and large companies.

Working within the aftersales business unit, my mission was to improve user efficiency on a specific application used to gather clients complaints. + Conduct user needs survey + Write specifications of need + Presentation of an alternative process and its business value to stakeholders + Design a reporting application with MS Access
