Colin Cavill

I began my real estate career in my native Australia over 35 years ago. Since then, I’ve gained deep experience in leadership, operations, and capital markets through various roles including entrepreneur, investor, developer, operator, and owner. I’m known in the industry for setting high standards, leveraging creativity, grooming talent, paying attention to detail, and most importantly, driving results. For over 15 years, I was a partner and broker of industrial assets with Colliers International, where I specialized in complex investment sales, equity placement, and joint ventures. During my time at Colliers, I completed more than 370 transactions across 32 states, representing over $1.3 billion in property value. In 2012, I co-founded St. Clair Holdings (SCH), a boutique investment firm. At SCH, my team and I focus on uncovering opportunities with hidden value—deals that others often overlook. Since founding the firm, I’ve overseen nearly 40 transactions valued at around $800 million. I take pride in my ability to connect with people from all walks of life and build strong, lasting relationships. That has always been a cornerstone of my approach to business. I’m at my best when I’m finding a diamond in the rough, polishing it, and selling it at top value. When I’m not sourcing or managing hidden gems for my investors and partners, you’ll likely find me exploring a new country, out on a golf course, hiking a trail, or enjoying live music, preferably outdoors.
