My ideal number of computer screens is three. I'm an multitasker and experienced editorial leader who can seamlessly occupy editing, operations and analytics roles. I'm comfortable with every level of editorial task from assigning and editing stories to rethinking org charts. I readily dive into workflows to clear roadblocks, increase monetization and improve communications throughout a company. I think in AP style. I'm comfortable with analytics and have built dozens of metrics dashboards from scratch, including one to establish traffic benchmarks and others to monitor key initiatives. I love to distill complex data sets into actionable insights. I'm also an experienced hiring manager who's passionate about the most valuable resource in a team: the people within it. I love to work directly with writers, editors, producers to figure out what makes them tick and how their career goals can help support the business. I put in the work to make this all happen.
